GREENAL ALUMINIUM
As Mrz Holding, we are proud to add Greenal aluminium, which is located in the field of aluminium profile industry, which we use in the construction sector and most areas of life, firstly to the Turkish economy and then to our structure. We aim to put our new factory, whose construction cost is 1 billion ₺ in total, into operation in the last quarter of 2024.
The location of the project is of great importance both in terms of logistics and railway transport. Our factory, which will be located in Eskipazar metal specialisation O.S.B, aims to meet all your needs with its 20000 m² closed area and 10000 m² open area offices and social area.
The products we produce in our factory are exported both to the domestic market and to the European and American continents.
As we stated in our slogan in the project design and construction of our factory, we set out with the principle of ‘For Greener Future’ = For a greener future (Green Building) project and we have designed the construction of our building by choosing the products we use in all construction from recycling products.
With our carbon-free production slogan, we aim to protect the environment and we aim to add a new value to the Turkish economy.
In our production lines, in line with the needs and expectations of our customers, we prepare the products with the desired microns of 8/15/20 microns with Anodised coating and Powder Coatiny (Powder Coating) methods by removing the billet profiles from our 5/7/9 and 12 inch diameter production line by extrusion press method.
We produce 1500 tonnes per month with the anodised coating method and 2000 tonnes per month with the Powder Coatiny (Powder Coating) vertical painting type.
With the full working capacity of our machines, we serve with a monthly production of 3000 tonnes per month and 36000 tonnes per year.
